 Bird Field Study, Jan. - Mar., 2008 
The 7th & 8th graders spend one quarter each year with a science field study, alternating between insects and birds. This year they are in the field observing and identifying birds in their natural habitat. In addition to learning specific facts about birds, learning bird voices, and knowing the names of birds by their picture, the students have opportunity to participate with seven birding outings, visiting God's winged creatures in their natural environment.   |
