Cindy Innocent, Treasurer Cindy Innocent came to Orangevale in 1992 when her oldest son, Adam, started Kindergarten. The next year she accepted the responsibility of Treasurer and continues in that role today. Adam and her second son, Alex, are now both in college, and her third child, Sarah, is an academy student.. All three are alumni of Orangevale School! Cindy is a product of Christian education, having attended our Adventist schools throughout her educational years. She graduated in 1984 from Pacific Union College with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She earned her CPA certificate after working at both a large and small accounting firm. For the past twenty years she has enjoyed running her own practice, Innocent and Associates. When her first child, Adam, was born, she knew she wanted to spend as much time as possible raising her children. Having her own business provided that flexibility. She has enjoyed being involved in her children’s school, driving the family van on field trips, filling in for teachers who were sick for a day, and taking care of the school’s finances.
![]() Her husband, Larry, is a pharmacy benefit consultant. They enjoy outdoor activities and spending time with the family, both immediate and extended, as both sets of grandparents live in the Sacramento area. Cindy is a recreational jogger, having completed two marathons and multiple half-marathons. “My passion about Orangevale is because of the Christ-centered personal attention each student receives at our school. Even though my three children no longer attend here, my heart will always be at our Orangevale Seventh-day Adventist School.”
